Intimate Birthday in Como

For an intimate two-day birthday celebration, we turned Lake Como into a journey of discovery, gastronomy and music. The first day invited guests to experience the region at their own pace, culminating in a bespoke culinary experience created especially for them with a Michelin-starred chef. The birthday itself began with a sunlit brunch at Villa d’Este, before the main celebration unfolded at Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como. A room overflowing with flowers welcomed guests to an elegant dinner that opened to the sound of classical music and gradually transformed into a lively, deeply personal celebration. Merab Amzoevi and Semyon Slepakov took the stage, while Ekaterina Varnava and Igor Meerson led the evening, an unexpected mix of Lake Como elegance, music, humor and pure joy.
